 What is Google translate?

Google translate is Website translator free offerings of Google Inc. which help translate words , vocabulary , simple sentences , and documents contained in the file that is being done.

Sites that appeared since the 2007 's had loaded more than 50 languages ​​in use on several countries around the world .

The way of Google translate work is, log in  on Google.co.id searching with keywords : google translate and select the language on the tabel, what language want to use , from many languages . However , google translate not based in grammar , because it translates the term by word , not by understanding .

Using Google translate in teaching and learning process.

In general, google translate is used for part of study English and the other languages.

In teaching process , teachers tend to teach students like, gave them some of reading text in English and discuss what is the text about? also translate the text into language-one, or their own language.

After that, teacher usually would like to ask students for new vocabulary and found out its meaning by open dictionary or log in on internet.

For some students tend use internet, they would like to use google translate to found the meaning of the new vocabulary.

For learning process, some people like to use google translate in term of  learn languages

they want to know meaning of some articles, or song lyric, for some students,  they would like to complate their homework , such as their own writing exercises , they usually use Google Translate.

to translate their idea from their own language to another language ,

for example from Indonesian to English .

because of the way work is very easy and fast also convenient for beginners . students did not need to open a dictionary book . But , they only search on google and using google translate.
